Two Ways to Sew with Me--Classes and A Community Meet up

I love to teach! Go to Scrap Exchange.org for upcoming classes, or find me at the Scrap's community meetup, Sew Night, on the 2nd and 4th Thursday evenings of each month. Sew Night is free and open to all skill levels--which makes it the best value in sewing, and a great place to start or finish a project. Beginners are welcome.

Favorite Sewing Tools and Techniques on Kiki's Blog

Sharing what I do is an important part of my mission. And my blog, Save that Fabric is one of the important ways I share. I blog about everything from how to miter corners and fix sewing machine tension, to altering clothing, aging fabrics and favorite places to shop. And yes, I do have no less than 5 seam rippers (shown in the photo). Find out why so many on the blog.

A life-long seamstress, I create each design with thrift, skill, care, and a sense of history that would make my sewing southern grandmothers proud.
